Ok so this nail art was actually inspired by the Violent Lips in Red Fishnet. I have an eye tutorial inspired by them as well so be sure & Check it out :)
I started with 1 coat Wet N' Wild Wild Shine Polish in Red Red...
Over that I added one Coat of Klean Color Red Sparkle...
Then Using a black 2 way nail art pen I added the stripes in just one direction first.
Once they dried I went back and added the stripes in the opposite direction...
